Wilcon Utama Indonesia handles epoxy flooring, Ucrete, floor hardener, polyurethane flooring, and waterproofing projects for manufacturing facilities. We're based in Surabaya, with East Java as our primary service area — free site surveys are available regularly across all of East Java, and we're also open to consulting on projects in Jabodetabek, West Java, and Central Java depending on scope.
East Java — primary area, regular site surveys
Surabaya
East Java's largest city, home to industrial areas such as SIER (Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut) and Margomulyo. Many manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and food-and-beverage plants here need durable industrial flooring and reliable waterproofing systems.
Sidoarjo
A dense industrial area south of Surabaya (Waru, Buduran, Gedangan, Taman), home to many medium-to-large manufacturing plants and warehouses.
Gresik
Home to Kawasan Industri Gresik (KIG) and Maspion Industrial Estate — a base for heavy industry, petrochemicals, and large-scale manufacturing, where highly chemical-resistant flooring like Ucrete is often needed.
